Dry ingredients
- 2 x cups mixed nuts
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseeds
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1/3 cup pepitas
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup soy cripsp
- White choc, milk choc, dark choc (you choose how much you like to use, I used 2 rows of each and chopped into small squares.
- 1/2 cup sultanas
Wet ingredients
- 8 x dates (soaked)
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cups flaxseed oil
- 1/2 cup water (add more water if not wet enough)
Method
- Blend nuts and flaxseeds to form a fine powder consistency
- Add to all other dry ingredients in a mixing bowl
- Separately, combine all wet ingredients and blend using a bar mix.
- Pour wet mixture into dry mixture and mix using a wooden spoon.
- If mixture isn't wet enough then simply add more water.
- Roll into balls
These store beautifully in the freezer.
